La influencia de la reina María Antonieta en la revolución francesa
The Influence of queen Marie Antoinette on the French Revolution

Resumen
María Antonieta reina de Francia, fue pieza fundamental en la Revolución Francesa por ser acusada por traición de su pueblo hacia el reino. Sus exuberantes gastos la llevaron a formar la imagen de una mala reina ante los franceses, la cual no poseía un verdadero interés por ellos y solo buscaba estar en juegos de apuestas y banquetes que ella mismo organizaba y era protagonista de estos. En cuanto a su reinado tuvo absoluto poder ante la corte puesto que su esposo, el rey Luis XVI le concedía poderes que reinas anteriores no gozaban, y estos poderes eran mal utilizados ya que ella los empleaba para beneficio personal, lo que llevo a una crisis económica y social, desencadenando la desaprobación de su reinado por parte del pueblo dando lugar a la tan conocida “Revolución Francesa”.
Cuando María Antonieta asume el poder era muy joven, sin demasiada preparación y no se veía apta para asumir el poder; pues su comportamiento era el de una joven rebelde que buscaba satisfacer sus caprichos, olvidando así que su título no solo le brindaba beneficios, si no también le otorgaba un gran número de responsabilidades.

Abstract
Marie Antoinette, queen of France, played a fundamental role in the French Revolution, as she was accused of betraying her people and the kingdom. Her extravagant spending led to the image of a bad queen among the French, perceived as having no genuine interest in them and only seeking to engage in gambling and banquets that she herself organized and starred in. During her reign, she held absolute power at court since her husband, King Louis XVI, granted her powers that previous queens did not enjoy. These powers were misused for personal benefit, which led to an economic and social crisis, triggering widespread disapproval of her reign by the people and giving rise to the well-known “French Revolution.”
When Marie Antoinette assumed power, she was very young, with little preparation and appeared unfit to rule; her behavior was that of a rebellious young woman seeking to satisfy her whims, forgetting that her title not only brought privileges but also entailed significant responsibilities.
