Prototype of a Firefighting Vehicle for Enclosed Environments
Abstract
Plant proliferation through in vitro culture is an essential tool in biotechnology, particularly in the generation of plantlets from plant sections that do not reproduce easily through conventional methods. Therefore, this project was developed with the objective of evaluating three culture media formulations to induce the growth of plantlets from two Phalaenopsis varieties (Albufeira and White Apple) using leaf sections, different hormone concentrations, and proper incubation under controlled conditions.
Keywords: in vitro culture, leaves, orchids, Phalaenopsis, plantlets.
