El matrimonio en India, un atentado contra el derecho de las mujeres
Marriage in India, an attack on women's rights

Resumen
Los derechos humanos son universales e inherentes, no distinguen sexo, raza ni religión. El objetivo principal es dar a conocer por qué el matrimonio arreglado va en contra de los derechos de la mujer. La violencia y los maltratos son aceptados por la sociedad en donde los Gobiernos no garantizan los derechos igualitarios, la investigación se realizó basada en una gran búsqueda de información verídica y casos de violencia hacia la mujer en la India. El matrimonio arreglado fomenta el irrespeto a las mujeres y sus derechos, ya que son forzadas a casarse a una edad muy precoz, este acto trunca sus metas, anhelos e ilusiones de vida y las encarcela en un infierno de sufrimiento, el maltrato por parte de sus cónyuges es físico y psicológico. En todos los casos son abusadas sexualmente por sus parejas, que las embarazan, desde aquí comienza la discriminación y el machismo, si él bebe es del sexo femenino el propio esposo convertido en un ser sin compasión ni sentimientos obliga a la mujer a abortar.

Abstract
Human rights are universal and inherent, regardless of gender, race or religion. The main objective is to show why arranged marriage is against women’s rights. Violence and abuse are accepted by the society where governments do not guarantee equal rights. The research was done based on a large search of true information and cases of violence against women in India. Arranged marriages encourage disrespect for women and their rights, as they are forced to marry at a very early age, this act truncates their goals, desires and illusions of life and imprisons them in a hell of suffering, mistreatment by their spouses is physical and psychological. In all cases, they are sexually abused by their partners, who get them pregnant, from here begins the discrimination and machismo, if the baby is female, the husband himself, turned into a being without compassion or feelings, forces the woman to have an abortion.
