Resumen
La finalidad del presente artículo es concienciar y evitar el consumo del fast fashion (moda rápida) debido a que el mismo se ha convertido en uno de los componentes nocivos de mayor impacto global en lo transcurrido del siglo XXI, desatando innumerables consecuencias, en aspectos como la contaminación (su producción provoca altas emisiones de carbono), impulsa el uso de fibras petroquímicas, y gasta millones de toneladas de agua para su fabricación, así también dentro del sector económico, debido a que ha provocado la desvalorización de quienes trabajan diariamente para elaborar una cantidad estimada de 150 000 millones de prendas de vestir al año.

Abstract
The purpose of this article is to raise awareness and discourage the consumption of fast fashion, as it has become one of the most harmful components with the greatest global impact during the 21st century, unleashing countless consequences. In environmental terms, it contributes to pollution (its production causes high carbon emissions), promotes the use of petrochemical fibers, and consumes millions of tons of water for manufacturing. Additionally, within the economic sector, it has led to the devaluation of those who work daily to produce an estimated 150 billion garments per year.
