Resumen
En este artículo trataremos sobre los hábitos deportivos y el índice de masa corporal (IMC) con la participación del personal docente, administrativo de la Unidad Educativa Agronómico Salesiano – Campus Uzhupud. Se tomaron datos como peso, talla, sexo, edad, IMC, hábitos deportivos y alimenticios.

Abstract
In this article, we will discuss sports habits and body mass index (BMI) with the participation of teaching and administrative staff at the Salesian Agricultural Educational Unit – Uzhupud Campus. Data such as weight, height, sex, age, BMI, sports habits, and eating habits were collected.
