La verdad detrás del consumo adolescente de drogas ilegales
The truth behind illegal drug use among adolescents

Resumen
En la actualidad, el consumo de drogas ilegales en adolescentes ha ido en aumento de forma preocupante, generando alarma en las familias como en los centros educativos y la sociedad en general. El presente artículo tiene como objetivo analizar las causas de este fenómeno, abordando factores biológicos, psicológicos y sociales. Se enfatiza que, más allá de ser una decisión aislada, el consumo responde a múltiples circunstancias como los problemas en el hogar, la falta de orientación, influencia en medios digitales, la presión de los amigos y el desconocimiento sobre los riesgos reales del consumo. Asimismo, se plantean propuestas de prevención y fortalecimiento del apoyo psicológico y familiar. Con este análisis se busca promover la reflexión para proteger a los adolescentes y ofrecer alternativas.

Abstract
Currently, illegal drug use among adolescents has been increasing at an alarming rate, causing concern among families, educational institutions, and society at large. This article aims to analyze the causes of this phenomenon, addressing biological, psychological, and social factors. It emphasizes that, rather than being an isolated decision, drug use is a response to multiple circumstances, such as domestic issues, a lack of guidance, digital media influence, peer pressure, and a lack of awareness regarding the actual risks involved. Furthermore, the study presents proposals for prevention and the strengthening of psychological and family support. Through this analysis, the goal is to promote reflection to protect adolescents and provide viable alternatives.
