La equinoterapia
Equine-Assisted Therapy

Resumen
El propósito de este artículo es dar a conocer los diferentes métodos de terapia con equinos. A lo largo de la historia, la equinoterapia ha sido muy usada como tratamiento complementario para diversas enfermedades.
Esta terapia se basa en los movimientos del caballo, los cuales actúan como una herramienta terapéutica única, mejorando la calidad de vida de los pacientes.
Palabras clave: cerebro, estrés, ciencia, adolescente, impacto.
Abstract
The purpose of this article is to present the various methods of equine-assisted therapy. Throughout history, equine therapy has been widely used as a complementary treatment for various conditions. This therapy is based on the horse’s movements, which act as a unique therapeutic tool, improving the patients’ quality of life.
