Delicioso manjar de leche
Delicious milk pudding

Resumen
En este artículo se explica cuáles son los ingredientes para pequeñas y grandes cantidades de leche y los pasos para la preparación del manjar de leche y su envasado. Esto como resultado de las prácticas del laboratorio, a las cuales estamos asistiendo presencialmente junto con mi docente y mis compañeros. El resultado final es un delicioso manjar de leche realizado con todas las medidas de salubridad y de bioseguridad; además, se pretende que todos los lectores puedan seguir y replicar esta receta en cada una de sus casas.

Abstract
This article explains the ingredients needed for small and large quantities of milk and the steps for preparing and packaging milk pudding. This is the result of laboratory practices, which we are attending in person together with my teacher and classmates. The end result is a delicious milk pudding made with all the necessary health and biosafety measures in place. Furthermore, the aim is for all readers to be able to follow and replicate this recipe in their own homes.
