Inclusion and linguistic discrimination in education in Ecuador

Resumen
La presente investigación aborda un tema de suma importancia. Desde el inicio la educación ha sido afectada por limitantes como la lengua y la raza, en donde no todas las personas lograban disfrutar de este derecho. Uno de los resultados más sobresalientes en la investigación realizada es el aporte del Gobierno nacional en donde prioriza la ejecución de una política y de estrategias acordes a la realidad y las necesidades de desarrollo del país, creando la DINEIB, entidad que cumple la función de implementar la educación intercultural. Por otro lado, para poder obtener estos resultados se ha investigado cada uno de los términos planteados en el tema principal con el fin de poder comprender su importancia y evolución a lo largo de los años. Ecuador es un país pluricultural y multiétnico, en donde la raza y la lengua no deben ser discriminadas, sino hacerlas parte de nosotros, es decir, incluirlas en la sociedad. De esta manera, lograremos conocer la realidad de las personas desde diferentes perspectivas, fomentado la inclusión, eliminando la discriminación para lograr promover la educación. Esta es parte de nuestros derechos humanos, logrando el aprendizaje y superación personal; para poder derrotar a la discriminación debemos adquirir la actitud de inclusión, así conseguiremos conocer y respetar diferentes culturas, razas y, sobre todo, otras lenguas de nuestro querido Ecuador.

Abstract
This research addresses a very important issue. From the beginning, education has been affected by limitations such as language and race, where not all people were able to enjoy this right. One of the most outstanding results of the research is the contribution of the national government, which prioritizes the implementation of a policy and strategies according to the reality and development needs of the country, creating the DINEIB, an entity that fulfills the function of implementing intercultural education. On the other hand, in order to obtain these results, each of the terms mentioned in the main topic has been investigated in order to understand their importance and evolution over the years. Ecuador is a multicultural and multiethnic country, where race and language should not be discriminated against, but made part of us, that is, included in society. In this way, we will get to know the reality of people from different perspectives, promoting inclusion, eliminating discrimination in order to promote education. This is part of our human rights, achieving learning and self-improvement; in order to defeat discrimination, we must acquire the attitude of inclusion, so we will get to know and respect different cultures, races and, above all, other languages of our beloved Ecuador.
