Los trastornos alimenticios en adolescentes
Eating disorders in adolescents

Resumen
Los trastornos alimenticios son enfermedades que pueden afectar a miles de adolescentes en forma física y emocional. Este artículo tiene la finalidad de determinar el problema de los trastornos en los adolescentes y sus factores asociados para promover conciencia en cada uno de los lectores con el propósito de mejorar la sociedad y futuras generaciones. Según García (2020) afirma que el total de las mujeres que tienen estos trastornos alimenticios corresponde al 90 %, en varones, al 70 % y la ayuda psicológica solo es el 25 % [1]. Los factores que la asocian son: La admisión escolar, admisión laboral por ser delgado, admisión social cercano por la imagen corporal, mala influencia familiar de la imagen corporal, publicidades de modelos ‘’perfectas” que llevan a una persona a tener motivación para adelgazar en la sociedad. Los adolescentes presentan la mayor afectación de los trastornos alimentarios que se asocian con factores familiares, sociales e individuales.

Abstract
Eating disorders are diseases that can affect thousands of adolescents physically and emotionally. This article aims to determine the problem of disorders in adolescents and their associated factors to promote awareness in each of the readers with the purpose of improving society and future generations. According to Garcia (2020) states that the total of women who have these eating disorders corresponds to 90%, in males, 70% and psychological help is only 25% [1]. The factors that associate it are: School admission, work admission for being thin, close social admission for body image, bad family influence of body image, advertisements of ”perfect” models that lead a person to have motivation to become thin in society. Adolescents present the highest affectation of eating disorders that are associated with family, social and individual factors.
