Buenos hábitos para una vida saludable
Good habits for a healthy life

Resumen
El objetivo principal de este documento es promover y motivar a más personas a que sigan un estilo de vida saludable, informando sobre los beneficios que acarrea la misma, brindando varias alternativas para que lo puedan conseguir sin excusas y que lo pongan en práctica. Para el desarrollo de este texto hemos acudido a varias plataformas y documentos dirigidos por especialistas obteniendo así la información deseada y correcta. Como fruto de esta investigación hemos aprendido a mejorar nuestro estilo de vida. Llegamos a varias conclusiones que nos hicieron cambiar la manera de pensar, como que el ejercicio no se lo hace por estética, sino por salud; que la alimentación es la encargada de dar a nuestro cuerpo el suministro necesario para rendir de mejor manera en nuestras actividades diarias; que el pensar de manera negativa puede traer varias consecuencias no muy saludables; que una mala higiene personal puede traer varias enfermedades a corto y largo plazo. Para conseguir nuestro cambio y objetivos es necesario crear una serie de hábitos para que, poco a poco, se vuelvan parte de nuestra rutina diaria. Para lograr esto es indispensable tener fuerza de voluntad, amor propio, seguridad y, sobre todo, paciencia ya que los cambios vendrán con el tiempo. Esperamos que los consejos dados lo puedan poner en práctica, influyendo en las personas a su alrededor.

Abstract
The main objective of this document is to promote and motivate more people to follow a healthy lifestyle, informing them about the benefits of it, providing several alternatives so that they can achieve it without excuses and put it into practice. For the development of this text we have turned to various platforms and documents directed by specialists, thus obtaining the desired and correct information. As a result of this research we have learned how to improve our lifestyle. We came to several conclusions that made us change our way of thinking, such as that exercise is not done for aesthetics, but for health; that food is responsible for giving our body the necessary supply to perform better in our daily activities; that thinking negatively can bring several unhealthy consequences; that poor personal hygiene can bring several diseases in the short and long term. To achieve our change and goals it is necessary to create a series of habits so that, little by little, they become part of our daily routine. To achieve this it is essential to have willpower, self-esteem, self-confidence and, above all, patience as the changes will come with time. We hope that the advice given can be put into practice, influencing the people around you.
