El despertar mental
Mental awakening

Resumen
Varios procedimientos de curación mediante la actividad mental están siendo usados, tales como la hipnosis, la meditación, las visualizaciones, el manejo de las emociones y la oración. Desde la gran explosión (Big Bang) estamos conectados con todo. Esta conexión existente entre todas las cosas permite que los individuos puedan interactuar con las mentes y cuerpos de otras personas. Pero hay excepciones, ya que solo los que tengan un cuerpo-mente-espíritu equilibrados y «casi» perfectamente alineados podrán realizar estas interacciones mentales que ayudan a curar enfermedades o simplemente comunicar el sentir mediante ondas energéticas que se ha analizado en el desarrollo de la investigación, las cuales se han descubierto que son emitidas por todos los seres existentes. El «campo akáshico» da a conocer que todo cuanto existe se encuentra conectado a través del espacio y del tiempo, estando esto directamente relacionado con el «chí». Esto hace referencia a la energía que fluye por todos los individuos, permitiendo entender fenómenos que fueron catalogados como imposibles en el pasado científico y racional. Todo esto con el objetivo de formar un ser capaz de sentir más allá de lo que se ve y así evitar que sea dominado por sus impulsos, es decir, únicamente por el cuerpo físico.

Abstract
Various healing procedures using mental activity are being used, such as hypnosis, meditation, visualizations, emotion management, and prayer. Since the Big Bang, we have been connected to everything. This connection between all things allows individuals to interact with the minds and bodies of other people. But there are exceptions, as only those with a balanced and “almost” perfectly aligned body-mind-spirit can perform these mental interactions that help heal illnesses or simply communicate feelings through energy waves that have been analyzed in the course of research, which have been found to be emitted by all existing beings. The “Akashic field” reveals that everything that exists is connected through space and time, which is directly related to “chi.” This refers to the energy that flows through all individuals, allowing us to understand phenomena that were classified as impossible in the scientific and rational past. All this with the aim of forming a being capable of feeling beyond what is seen and thus preventing it from being dominated by its impulses, that is, solely by the physical body.
