Libro sensorial matemático

Resumen
Este proyecto se lo realiza en el marco de la asignatura de matemáticas. Primeramente, identificamos una problemática en el proceso de enseñanza-aprendizaje debido a que los estudiantes de edades entre 4 a 6 años se distraen con facilidad e incluso llegan a aburrirse.
Además, nos dimos cuenta de que los maestros usan el método común de enseñanza. Finalmente, investigamos teorías que destacan la importancia del comportamiento sensomotor dado que tiene beneficios en el desarrollo del cerebro. Por este motivo, proponemos trabajar en un nuevo método de enseñanza que ayude a los niños a aprender y mejorar sus conocimientos en la resolución de problemas matemáticos de una manera entretenida y diferente, promoviendo un enfoque positivo hacia las matemáticas desde una temprana edad, ya que estas son fundamentales y estarán presentes a lo largo de toda la vida. Es por ello que se plantea la implementación de un libro sensorial para que los niños logren desarrollar sus habilidades de una mejor manera en las matemáticas. Para lograr esto, trabajamos con un cronograma, el cual nos permitió analizar el proceso de los estudiantes. Asimismo, realizamos algunas encuestas en las que participaron docentes, hermanos y padres. También, recomendamos brindar apoyo y recursos adecuados para favorecer a los niños a superar estas dificultades y fomentar su desarrollo matemático. Para realizar el libro se utiliza materiales concretos como son cuentas, botones, hilo, números, entre otros materiales. Con el apoyo de este método, los niños muestran mayor interés por aprender la asignatura y logran alcanzar los objetivos planteados por cada profesor.

Abstract
This project was carried out within the framework of the mathematics subject. First, we identified a problem in the teaching-learning process: students aged 4 to 6 tend to get distracted easily and even become bored.
We also noticed that teachers often rely on traditional teaching methods. As a result, we investigated theories that emphasize the importance of sensorimotor behavior, given its benefits for brain development. For this reason, we propose a new teaching method to help children learn and improve their math problem-solving skills in a fun and engaging way, promoting a positive attitude toward mathematics from an early age, as math is a fundamental subject that will be present throughout life. Therefore, we suggest the implementation of a sensory book to help children develop their math skills more effectively. To achieve this, we followed a schedule that allowed us to analyze student progress. We also conducted surveys involving teachers, siblings, and parents. Additionally, we recommend providing proper support and resources to help children overcome difficulties and promote their mathematical development. The book was created using concrete materials such as beads, buttons, thread, numbers, and more. With the support of this method, children show increased interest in learning the subject and successfully achieve the objectives set by each teacher.
